Thanks, RJ, first day back in training was today and it felt good to work out. I think I'd like to try the 1600 cal range for awhile. I've lost a little over 3lbs over the past two weeks, but the 1800 cal food plan makes me feel stuffed all the time. Let's see what happens at 1600 now that I'm back on my training schedule. I really do like the Vitabot software program.
Yes, actually I feel very good on the food plan. I am having some trouble eating everything, sometimes I feel like I have to force myself to have the last snack. I did do 40 minutes of cardio (the red thing) and then abs at the gym today, but I wonder if I should be eating this much if I'm not training the way I normally do, what do you think, maybe 1600 cal? Reminder to you and Mike that I want to start training again next Monday on my usual schedule. Thanks!
By the way, RJ, there is a problem with email on this program today (Saturday) so I posted my food update on your walls (yours and Mike's)...otherwise, I would have sent an email.
Hey, RJ and Mike, I was on the Vitabot meal plan all week, except for: two glassed of red wine on Thursday evening and today (Saturday) I ate a beach burger and chips (it is the last weekend they are being served in Kailua and I could not resist). Just gave myself a wake up slap and will get back on track immediately with my next meal. Tomorrow I will work on a food plan for next week and you'll see it.
Hi RJ- Brook here- Do you know how to use the broadcast message feature? Let me know as I can do the broadcast to get people to sign up and spread the word- with a note on how to use and best way to use. All I need are emails. Really glad you are working with Mike as this website has a lot of potential and can be powerful.

Ok, RJ, I'll try this method...I thought I did try it, but I'll do it again and see if I can make it work. Other than this issue, the program is quite user-friendly and intuitive.
Thanks, RJ, I really do like the Vitabot program. I think my strategy will be to find a meal plan I really like and use it all week and then find a new one for the next week...it makes planning a lot easier. The only problem I had was filling in all the days with the same meal plan...I had to go back and search for the same meal plan each time and then fill in one day and then do it again. I'll watch the video again and see if I can figure it out, but if you have a quick answer, I'd appreciate it.
