PERSONAL TRAINING
SappFitness trainers are renown for achieving life changing results. Our personal trainer will evaluate your health history, lifestyle, goals, design a personalized program, and then motivate and coach you through your path to health and fitness.

SappFitness will design a complete, balanced nutritional plan at the correct level of calories for your body. Online access, meal planning, recipes, tracking and support.

ONLINE TRAINING
All personal training clients will have access to their training program online. Record your workouts, track your progress from home or on the road. We provide phone consultations too.

Group Training
Our group personal training program offers one-hour sessions with a certified personal trainer. Groups consist of 2 to 4 people, a perfect number for friends or family. Even though being on the same fitness level as the other members of your group is beneficial, your personal trainer will tailor the program to accommodate different fitness levels if necessary. The program will consist of an initial assessment, the establishment of short-term 30-day and long-term 90-day goals for all group members and a personalized exercise plan to make sure everyone reaches his/her goals.

Corporate Fitness Training
Companies today are discovering the positive benefits of providing workplace fitness programs.
